Overview
Vista Air Systems ("Vista Air Systems," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential heating and cooling repair, installation, and maintenance services across Northeast Ohio. This page contains two documents that together govern your use of vistaairsystems.com (the "Site") and our services: our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it, and our Terms of Service, which set out the terms for using the Site and requesting service from us.
By using the Site or requesting service from us, you agree to both documents below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you submit our service request form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- The type of service you're requesting
- Any details you include about the problem or project
You may also provide contact information directly by calling, texting, or emailing us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information only for basic security and site-performance purposes — we do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your service requests and schedule appointments
- Provide quotes, follow up on work performed, and answer questions
- Communicate with you about your request by phone, text, or email

Text Messages & Phone Calls
If you check the box on our service request form indicating it's okay to text or call you, you are giving us permission to contact you by phone or SMS text message at the number provided, using automated or manual means, regarding your specific service request. This consent is tied to your individual request — it does not enroll you in a recurring marketing or promotional text program.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can ask us to stop contacting you by text or phone at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, telling us during a call, or contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below.
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Site and run our business:
- Form processing. Service request submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your submission to us by email. Formspree's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google's servers to retrieve these fonts, which can involve your IP address being shared with Google in the process.
- Hosting. The Site is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider, which may retain standard server logs as described above.
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices & Rights

- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Opt out of text or phone communications at any time (see Text Messages & Phone Calls above)

Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

By accessing or using the Site, or by requesting service from Vista Air Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
Services Provided
Vista Air Systems provides residential heating and cooling repair, installation, and maintenance services to homeowners across Northeast Ohio, including Summit, Portage, Stark, and Medina counties. Service availability, technician assignment, and appointment timing are subject to scheduling and technician availability, and we reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area or scope of work.
Scheduling & Appointments
Submitting a request through our Site or contacting us by phone does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We make reasonable efforts to follow up on requests within the timeframe noted on the Site (currently within 3–4 hours during standard business hours) and to accommodate your preferred scheduling window. Appointment windows are estimates and may be adjusted due to circumstances such as weather, emergency calls ahead of yours, or technician availability.
Pricing & Payment
Our standard diagnostic fee is reflected on the Site at the time of your visit. A technician will provide a written quote for any recommended repair or installation before any work begins, and no work will proceed without your approval of that quote. Prices shown on the Site are estimates and do not constitute a binding quote until confirmed by a technician for your specific property and equipment, and are subject to change without notice.
Where financing is offered, it is provided by third-party financing partners and subject to their own approval process and terms and conditions, which are separate from these Terms.
Guarantees & Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship guarantee and satisfaction guarantee as described on the Site. Specific warranty terms — including duration and what is covered — vary by service type and installed equipment, and will be explained by your technician at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided and administered by the equipment manufacturer, not by Vista Air Systems.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Vista Air Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content, branding, or images for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, and you agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista Air Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits our responsibility for our own negligence in performing services at your property.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Ohio.
Changes to These Policies
We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or for legal and operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.
